Return and Refund Policy

Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction.

Initiating a Return or Replacement:

If you receive an expired, incorrect, or damaged product, please email us at sales@emarabotanics.com within 3 days of delivery with your order details and contact information to request a return or replacement.

Return Process:

Submit your request via email.
We'll review your request and arrange for our courier to pick up the product. If we don't offer reverse pickup in your area, you'll need to ship the product back to us using a reliable courier service. We will reimburse your shipping costs.
Once we receive the returned product, we'll verify your claim and process a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.

Return/Replacement Exceptions:

We cannot accept returns or replacements for:

Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
Products missing their original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.).
Requests made after 3 days of delivery.

Refunds:

Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Cash on Delivery Orders: Please provide your bank details so we can process your refund.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds are typically processed within 2 weeks from the date we receive the returned product at our warehouse.
